If You Want To Reap The Right Produce
You Have To Sow The Right Seeds!

Reap What You Sow: Lessons From Life!

From my time spent around agriculture; I have yet to meet a farmer who sows corn seeds and expect to harvest wheat.

Or a farmer who put goats together with the aspiration of producing chickens!

While the latter being closer to the experiments taking place in the story “The Island of Dr. Monroe”; I am hard pressed to think that one builds an animal husbandry practice around such practices.

In the same way farmers do not indiscriminately sow seeds; leaders can not haphazardly lead with the hope of producing a progressive society and good governance.

You get back what you sow…

If Corruption, Deceit and Inconsistency are sown as part of the leaders program then this same fruit will be reproduced in those around the leader and in society.

At the most basic level leaders have to sow:

Honesty, Compassion, Beneficent and Show Mercy.

The same attributes that are recited throughout the day during prayer should be part of the leader’s daily life.

If we are Allah’s greatest creation then these attributes have to reflect in us.

Anything to the contrary is failing our divine calling.

Such character traits as:

Backbiting, Mistrust, Cheating from the top will be greatly magnified at the bottom.

How do I know?

Remember...You Reap What You Sow!
