6. Joint Accountabilities: What are both parties (you and the client) responsible for?

AS Consulting Sdn Bhd will be responsiblef for all surveys, meeting facilitation, training, assessments and all other interventions mentioned in the proposal.
We will inform each other of any unforseen developments or other issues which may arrise which will influence this project.
7. Methodology and Options: What will be done?
The assistance in achieving the objectives would include, but not be limited to, the following activities:
Option #1 (0.5 day) workshop.
Option #2 (1 day) workshop plus group facilitation.
Option #3 (1.5 day) workshop plus group facilitation.

8. Terms and Conditions: What are the payments and reimbursment?
My fees are always based upon the project, and never upon time units.

If you choose to pay the entire amount at the outset, I’m happy to provide a 10% reduction in the total fee. Expenses are billed as actually accrued at the conclusion of the intervention or workshop, and are payable upon receipt of our statement.
