6. Joint Accountabilities: What are both parties (you and the client) responsible for?

XXX company will be responsible for: making personal available, for providing information on past inititives that may have a bearing on this project, adhering to the payment schedule.

AS Consulting Sdn Bhd will be responsiblef for all surveys, meeting facilitation, training, assessments and all other interventions mentioned in the proposal.

We will inform each other of any unforseen developments or other issues which may arrise which will influence this project.

7. Methodology and Options: What will be done?

The assistance in achieving the objectives would include, but not be limited to, the following activities:

Option #1 (0.5 day) workshop.

Option #2 (1 day) workshop plus group facilitation.

Option #3 (1.5 day) workshop plus group facilitation.

Option #2: Same as Option #1 plus… Prioritizing your company objectives, Recommendations for market niche and synergy, strategy, locating clients, Group facilitation

Option #3: Same as Option #2 plus… Group observation and feedback, with recommendations on how to improve product packaging, Group facilitation

Assistance with verbal and written communications and meetings, so as to maximize your success, handling objections, and using modern day examples to move toward the closing the sale!



8. Terms and Conditions: What are the payments and reimbursment?

My fees are always based upon the project, and never upon time units.

The fee for option one (0.5 day) xxx

The fee for option three (1.5 day) xxx

If you choose to pay the entire amount at the outset, I’m happy to provide a 10% reduction in the total fee. Expenses are billed as actually accrued at the conclusion of the intervention or workshop, and are payable upon receipt of our statement.
