Situation Summary
One of the overwhelming themes of the XXX is the weakness of XXX businesses to envision taking their companies beyond globally.
As a result, the neveau (new) entrepreneur forfeits the millions of dollars of potential revenue that others are reaping.
To change the existing situation, you must “jump start” people so that a global mindset is not merely accepted as feasible for others, but is exploited as a high-productivity way of viewing and doing business.
Although thinking globally has not been the norm in many of these businesses; there are tremendous opportunities for growth in this area.
A key factor—perhaps the key factor in success—is the ownership of this new global mindset and appropriate behaviors of all key managers and exemplars, so that people have the proper leadership, and accountabilities will be accepted.
The process of ownership is central to success.
