What exactly are the traits of a Great Coach... • Someone that gives you a game plan and holds you accountable to it • Someone that provides you with exercises that will strengthen you in accomplishing your goal • Someone that has the acumen to approach issues you face from an offensive and defensive position On occasion you may be going to fast and need an impartial voice to offer a word of caution. At other times you may be exhorted to "Get Off Your Tail" and step up the pace. As your personal coach, I will often advise you on external events or information that I perceive bare an impact on your work and which may be beneficial!
Ideal candidates: Those in leadership roles (Executives, managers, professionals, business owners) that need individual attention. Or those in the leaders organization that s/he believes would also benefit from personalized attention. In both cases we work with you with absolute confidentialiy where required! Together, we look at tasks and schedule times to work on them. This is usually by phone, but can take place in person when required. While specific times are not caste in stone...I will be available at other times on a case by case basis. While I will make every effort to return all calls within two (2)hours... Traveling may necessitate this time to vary to some degree. Program options: The program runs at 30-day sessions. Discount can be obtained if several sessions are booked together. Option #1: Designed access. Up to two phone calls and five emails a week, received and returned within the client's business hours. Unlimited conventional mail review and response. Fee for Option #1 is $500 per 30 day session. Calls and emails can not be "carried over" to succeeding weeks. Option #2: Unlimited access. As many emails, phone calls and letters as desired, with responses provided as needed and not subject to business hours (e.g., a weekend calls may be required if there is a Monday morning meeting). Fee for Option #2 is $1,000 per 30 day session. Payments must be made in advance. For enrollment for Two Sessions at a time there is a 5% discount;for Three at a time, a 10% discount; and for Four or more at a time, a 15% discount! In either option, calls are returned within 2hours and email within same day or not exceeding 24hours. Conventional mail, courier packages are reviewed and replied to within 24 hours of receipt.
