Silaturrahim Gets Together
For
Fellowship and Sharing

Today, I set out with a couple of friends to attend Silaturrahim monthly fellowship get together.

Not having our own transportation, the three of us decided to take one of my favorite local modes (commuter train) of transportation.

In the following photo you have three of Malaysian's primary(Malay, Indian and Chinese) ethnic groups.

The gathering was at sister Suray's seragate mother's house in the country.

The speaker today was Brother Dato' Osman (seated in the middle) Baker.

Brother Osman spoke on the Fourth Article of Faith in Islam.

To get a good foundation on the basics of Islam visit...

There are plenty of audio files at the site and other information available for those who are curious about Islam!

Below is a picture of (sister Suraya) one of the organizers of the social gathering.

The following are some photos I had taken of most of those who were attendence.......

If you are thinking that the spread must taste delicious...You would be right!

Here are two sisters really enjoying the asian flavors!

Here is a scenic view of where we were in the countryside.

Malaysia is truely a beautyful place filled with beautiful people!

I look forward to sharing more stories and pictures in the near future.

Salaam (peace)
